	New International Students Welcoming Programme
	- this is a programme especially organized for new international students to help them adjust to a new life at UTeM. The programme includes the distribution of pre-departure kit, airport pick-up, briefing on matters pertaining to security, finance, lifestyle, accommodation, immigration, on-campus transportation, as well as trips around the campus and other essential needs.
	Conducting orientation programme for new international students admitted to the University.
	Organizing programme that can promote cross-cultural awareness and also integration between Malaysian and International students.
	Organizing programme to expose the students to Malaysian culture such as educational visits, foster family programme to minimize culture shock.
	Organizing informational workshops given by relevant authorities such as immigration, police department and etc.
