| LOCAL CANDIDATES | Applications can be submitted online by visiting the www.utem.edu.my (postgraduate application). The completed applications forms should be submitted before the advertised closing date for programmes by coursework. For research programmes, application is open throughout the year. All completed forms should include:-
TWO (2) recent passport-sized photograph (one to be attach in the application form) TWO (2) certified copies of Identification Card (for Malaysian applicants) ONE (1) certified copies of SPM/MCE /Diploma/ Degree and Professional qualifications certificates ONE (1) certified copies of academic transcripts A processing fee of RM30.00 in the form of Postal Order/Money Order/Banker’s Draft to the Bursar, Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka. - A letter guarantee from your sponsor (for those under scholarships/sponsorships)
| | INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES | All international students are required to register as Full-Time at UTeM and should have the financial capability to meet the course fees and living expenses. The medium of instruction and research for international students are in English. International candidates must pass TOEFL (minimum score 500) or IELTS (minimum score 5.0). Candidates without the minimum score requirements may still apply but will be required to sit for the English Placement Test and subsequently to follow courses conducted by UTeM.Applications can be submitted online by visiting the www.utem.edu.my (postgraduate application). All completed forms should include:-
TWO (2) copies of certified academic transcripts TWO (2) copies of certified Degrees and Professional qualifications TWO (2) photocopies of passport FOUR (4) copies of passport size photographs Application fee of RM 60.00 payable in the form on international banker’s cheque and payable to : “Bursar, UTeM” Letter of financial support. Self-financing international applicants must provide an acceptable letter of financial guarantee from his/her banker or relevant financial institution
